Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to by using Make an Agent. We've kept them short and plain. By creating an account, you accept them.

What Make an Agent is

Make an Agent lets you describe an agent in plain English and have a working version of it built and run for you. We're in early access, which means the product is still changing and you may run into rough edges.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share your password. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know right away.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Make an Agent to:

• Do anything illegal.
• Harm, harass, or impersonate other people.
• Send spam, phishing, or other deceptive messages.
• Abuse other websites or services through your agent — including violating their terms of service or rate limits.
• Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the product.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we do that, we'll tell you why.

Your content

You own the agents you build and the things they produce. By using the service, you give us the limited permission needed to store, display, and run your content on your behalf.

The service itself

Make an Agent is offered as-is during early access. We try hard to keep it running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or always work the way you expect. Features may change, and some may go away.

Disclaimer and limits

Your agents will sometimes make mistakes. Always review what an agent does before relying on the result for anything important.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Make an Agent and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months (which is currently zero, since we're free during early access).

Pricing

Make an Agent is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you well in advance, and you'll have a chance to opt in before being charged.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We can also end an account for serious or repeated violations of these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll let you know before the change takes effect. Smaller edits will appear here with the date at the top updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Automated Industries is incorporated. (This clause is a placeholder pending legal review.)
